Job description

Probate Case Manager - £25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

• Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
• Experience of running a probate caseload.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, dealing with high value and complex cases.
• Conveyancing experience, including sales of properties and estate management.
• Confident in drafting legal documents, statements, and decision making.
• Understand and align with the Company’s values and behaviors.
