A leading estate planning team is seeking a qualified Probate Case Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in probate casework and possess strong skills in handling complex cases. This fully remote position also offers office-based options.

• Confident in handling high value and complex cases.

Probate Case Manager - £25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

• Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
• Experience of running a probate caseload.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.
• Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
• Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
• Understand and adopt the Company’s values and behaviours.
