Job summary

A leading estate planning team is seeking a Probate Case Manager to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will require at least 2 years’ experience in probate and must be a qualified solicitor. This remote role offers the flexibility of office-based work while dealing with complex caseloads.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration.
• Experience of running a probate caseload.
• Conveyancing experience and management of the client's estate.

• Handle high value and complex probate cases independently.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Confidently draft legal documents and statements.

Probate Case Manager - £25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

• Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
• Experience of running a probate caseload.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.
• Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
• Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
• Understand and adopt the Company’s values and behaviours.
