Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Proactive Sales Executive to support the growth of our trade customer base. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities through data insights, and implement contact strategies to strengthen customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for smaller customers, focusing on maximizing pattern book placements in the marketplace.
  • Contact customers to review performance, understand projects, and promote collections.
  • Understand customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Secure future business through quality service and support.
  • Develop and execute customer contact strategies using all contact tools.
  • Provide world-class customer service to maximize sales.
  • Input customer feedback into CRM.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service for order accuracy.
  • Follow up on calls/emails.
  • Analyze performance and provide data insights.
  • Submit regular reports and monitor sales performance with management.
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with the role.
  • Achieve personal sales targets within the team.
  • Employ effective sales techniques to promote, upsell, and cross-sell products.
Measures of Success:
  • Achieving sales budgets and year-on-year growth.
  • Working within budget constraints.
  • Number of calls/emails per day.
  • Sales success according to budgeted plans.
Connecting with others:
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues, customer relationships, customer service, finance, and senior management to ensure performance and growth.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven sales experience, especially in call centers or mail order.
  • Strong business sense and industry knowledge.
  • Product knowledge and experience in building long-term relationships.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, positive attitude.
  • CRM experience, including WG360.
  • Excellent communication skills.
