• Experience in property, residential, or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out a range of repairs.
• Strong practical maintenance skills across trades.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests across residential apartments and communal areas.
• Diagnose faults and perform appropriate repairs.
• Undertake general property maintenance including joinery, carpentry, decorating, plumbing and electrical work where competent.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialist work when needed.
• Maintain records and ensure works complete to timescales.
