Job summary

Post Office Ltd is seeking a Proactive Team Investigation Specialist on a 6 month FTC. The role focuses on proactive fraud investigations to identify and disrupt threats within the Post Office network.

You will convert problem profiles into structured enquiries and deliver outcomes spanning disruption, risk mitigation, and operational support. Successful candidates will have extensive fraud investigation experience, a PIP 2 equivalent qualification, and strong communication and case-management

Qualifications

• Extensive experience conducting proactive or complex fraud investigations.
• PIP 2 equivalent complex investigative qualification and experience.
• Ability to convert intelligence leads to structured enquiries with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive, intelligence-led fraud investigations to identify, develop and disrupt threats within the Post Office network.
• Convert problem profiles into structured enquiries, gather evidence and deliver outcomes from disruption to policy improvements.
• Support with other investigative work and ensure compliance with investigative lifecycle and disclosure standards.
