Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Drainage Service Maintenance Technician to cover Yeovil areas. You will maintain a safe, functional environment across multiple stores and carry out planned and reactive work on drainage systems and related equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Full driving licence and health & safety awareness required.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Office 365 and mobile device usage.
Experience in drainage/plumbing, including CCTV surveys, preferred.
WJA and confined spaces qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Ensure Tesco sites are safe and functional for customers and colleagues.
Follow the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, maximise productivity.
Deliver high-quality work across the estate with year-on-year improvement.
Communicate with stakeholders and work with team to share best practices.
Develop through the maintenance pathway and drive monthly 1-2-1 discussions.
