Qualifications

• Experience in drainage and plumbing including mechanical repairs, CCTV surveys.
• Ability to work across multiple Tesco sites in Yeovil area.
• Willingness to upskill with training modules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Tesco sites are safe and functioning for customers and colleagues.
• Follow planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, maximising productivity and effectiveness.
• Deliver high-quality work across the estate with year-on-year improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Own development through progression of the maintenance pathway.
• Drive monthly 1-2-1 development discussions with your line manager.
