Zusammenfassung

Dermalogica UK is seeking an Influencer Manager in Leatherhead (Hybrid) to lead the UK professional influencer strategy, focusing on Medi Professional KOLs, advanced skin therapists, and makeup artists, with both paid and organic partnerships.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will collaborate with Trade, Education, PR, Creative, Social, Ecommerce, Paid Social, and Product teams to drive long-term community strategies and brand campaigns with real budget and impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in influencer, creator, or earned marketing with beauty/skin focus.
• Proven ability to build long-term influencer relationships with tangible impact.
• 3+ years leading direct reports and teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the UK professional influencer strategy for Medi Professional KOLs, advanced skin therapists, facialists, and makeup artists across paid and organic channels.
• Monitor developments in the professional aesthetics space and recruit new influencer talent to strengthen Dermalogica’s authority.
• Own all paid influencer partnerships and manage contract reviews to ensure advertising compliance.
• Nurture organic relationships with skin professionals through education, early access, and brand experiences.
• Audit deliverables for brand standards and performance; act as the primary relationship owner for influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with Trade, Education, and channel teams to maximise reach and impact of influencer content.
• Manage the influencer budget, KPI setting, and reporting across campaigns.
