Dermalogica UK is seeking an International Education Specialist to deliver high-quality skincare training across our partner network in EMEA. The role targets therapists, retail teams, press and practitioners, with a hybrid Leatherhead base.

You will blend advanced skin therapy knowledge with commercial acumen, driving education that enhances capability and supports retail performance across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Level 4 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of skincare training experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Virtual training experience utilising Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
• Captivating presentation skills, both on stage and in virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dermalogica education both in-person and via digital platforms, ensuring alignment with global education standards.
• Travel internationally, representing Dermalogica, to support EMEA markets through training, events, seminars and product/treatment launches.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Dermalogica products, treatments, techniques and industry trends.
• Support and develop international markets through ongoing training, meetings and education initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
• Demonstrates flexibility to work across international time zones and attend global meetings.
