The Home Depot in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area and team in delivering fast, accurate service for Pro customers. You will partner with store leadership to execute strategies that boost sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups while maintaining safety and SOP compliance.

You will coach associates, manage recruiting input, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed with a focus on safety, accuracy, and top-tier customer experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail leadership and store operations.
• Strong customer service coaching and performance management.
• Ability to manage safety and SOP adherence.
• Experience in recruiting or interviewing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Pro area to minimize wait times and ensure pro customer flow.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety, and service.
• Execute opening/closing duties and MOD responsibilities per SOPs.
• Monitor staffing and perform performance coaching with documentation.
