Job summary

XPENG in the United Kingdom is seeking a versatile Campaign Operations & User Experience role focused on planning and executing test drive activities, experience stores, and roadshows across the UK. You will build the UK XPENG user community, plan referrals, and collaborate with partners to drive market promotions while collecting feedback for continuous CX improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in campaign operations, car test drive events, user operations, or experience management.
• Experience in automotive or consumer tech is preferred.
• Familiar with UK user behavior and local social media platforms.
• Fluent in English or Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test drive activities, experience days, auto shows, roadshows, and pop-up events in the UK.
• Build and manage the UK XPENG user community (WhatsApp, owner groups, clubs) and plan referral programs.
• Collect feedback from tests and store experiences, identify local pain points, and drive optimization with HQ.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with brands, social media and PR, and work with agents to implement market promotions.
• Analyze metrics like user growth, retention, engagement, and NPS to inform product and marketing decisions.
