Job summary

Itchyfeet is seeking an Assistant Associate to join its private wealth team and launch a career as a Trust Administrator through the Accelerate programme. The four-week foundation opportunity provides hands-on experience, collaboration with seasoned professionals, and exposure to the private wealth sector.

On successful completion, you transition into a permanent Trust Administrator role with ongoing support, study opportunities, and mentorship within a dynamic, inclusive firm environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Willingness to study towards STEP Certificate/Diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain statutory records accurately and up to date
• Enter payments and identify receipts as required
• Prepare minutes/resolutions of the Trustee/Board for routine matters
• Assist with entity reviews and action points from annual reviews
• Liaise with departments on legal, accounting, and taxation matters
• Communicate with clients and intermediaries by phone and written for non-complex matters
• Handle general administrative tasks related to Trust and Company structures
• Support ad hoc project work of a non-complex nature
