We are looking for a Transaction Assistant to join our fast-paced and diverse team of Private Shoppers.

About The Role

As a Transaction Assistant, you will work alongside our Private Shopping team, responsible for delivering a seamless client experience at the point of sale. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting the Private Shopping team with client shopping requests, including payment processing, packing, and dispatch, during appointments or afterward.
2. Arranging additional services such as alterations, gift wrapping, delivery, and other store services.
3. Investigating quotes for dispatch and delivery arrangements, both locally and internationally, through our in-store specialist teams.
4. Adhering to Harrods policies, procedures, and due diligence guidelines.
5. Upholding Harrods values and striving to deliver the best luxury service at the point of sale by providing impartial support to our Private Shopping team.

About You

You will have excellent customer service skills and confidence in making decisions that benefit our customers. You should be capable of developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients while managing a wide range of responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and behaviors:
