Job summary

M&G is seeking a Fund Accounting Oversight Specialist for Private Markets in the UK. You will oversee NAV processes and fund accounting, ensuring accurate reporting and strong governance.

You will partner with TPAs and internal teams across jurisdictions to maintain regulatory compliance and robust controls. The role requires deep fund accounting knowledge, ability to manage complex funds, and effective stakeholder communication with boards, auditors and clients.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification or equivalent technical background.
• Strong knowledge of fund regulations, risk and control frameworks across jurisdictions.
• Expertise in NAV components and fund accounting oversight.
• Ability to distill complex topics and communicate to boards, auditors, clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NAV oversight and fund financial reporting oversight.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore partners, including India-based colleagues.
• Perform BAU oversight across complex technical areas in financial reporting and NAV oversight.
• Provide SME input on fund structures, valuations, and regulatory reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, controls and governance.
