Job summary

Allicio Nutrition is expanding its UK private-label and retail footprint. We seek a driven Private Label & Retail Development Manager to identify major retailers, build buying-team relationships, and shape products to fit own-brand strategies.

You will drive opportunities into signed contracts and new revenue, collaborating with NPD, Technical, Procurement and Operations to bring commercially viable ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Proven private-label/own-brand sales experience into UK retail.
• Strong retailer buying and category relationships.
• Experience with tenders, RFPs and commercial negotiations.
• A genuine hunter mentality — you enjoy opening doors and winning new business.
• The commercial confidence to challenge, negotiate and close.

Responsibilities

• Identify major grocery, health & beauty and discount retailers in the UK.
• Build relationships with their buying teams and understand their own-brand strategies.
• Develop products tailored to retailer own-brand requirements.
• Turn opportunities into signed manufacturing contracts and new revenue.
• Lead end-to-end from opportunity discovery to deal closure with cross-functional teams.
