Qualifications

• Essential: Recognised electrical and plumbing qualifications.
• Strong practical maintenance skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance checks and minor repairs (including painting).
• Report and monitor any damages, faults, or maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with and oversee external contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of back-of-house and service areas.
• Manage waste and recycling in line with household procedures.
• Monitor and replenish household supplies and stock.
• Assist with house preparation and daily reset as required.
• Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Support the wider household team with ad hoc duties.
