Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Handyperson for a prestigious luxury hospitality group in Earls Court, Central London, offering £30,000 - £32,000 plus Bonus and 30 Days Holiday.

You will carry out routine preventative light maintenance, including light electrical work, plumbing and painting across a luxurious complex of apartments.

There is progression to Engineer with training, supporting a stable career; 5-day week with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

Handyperson (Luxury Hospitality) £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus + 30 Days Holiday + Progression to Engineer Earls Court, Central London

Are you a Handyperson, technician or DIY specialist with a background within the luxury sector looking for a permanent, days-based position that offers further training to progress into a Maintenance Engineering position?

In this role you will be servicing 5 star accommodation, carrying out routine preventative light maintenance to the buildings facilities. This will be general building maintenance like light electrical work, plumbing and painting. You will work a 5-day rota and be required to work occasional weekends.

The company are a highly prestigious luxury brand of apartment and residential suites, located not only in London but across the world. They pride themselves on their high-end apartments and clientele, meaning top communication and presentation skills are required.

This role would suit a Handyperson, maintenance technician or similar with experience in high-end hospitality environment looking for further development and a stable career.

The Role:
