Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience, preferably in transport (not essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather journey details from customers (dates, times, numbers, destinations, requests, budget).
• Provide clear information on coach hire options, pricing and terms of service.
• Prepare and send tailored quotations matching client requirements.
• Manage quotation pipeline using CRM and track KPIs for follow-up and conversion.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth travel planning.
