This international market-leading law firm, are hiring into their Private Capital and Funds group. They are seeking a 4-6 PQE talented lawyer to join their ranks.

You will join a team, advising on a diverse range of clients, from established fund managers to emerging players, on all aspects of private funds.

The Role
In this dynamic role, you'll:

• Assist with structuring, planning, and launching new private investment funds and vehicles.
• Advise fund managers, sponsors, investors, and investment banks on fundraising strategies and documentation.
• Support clients on investment and divestment activities across various asset classes.
• Collaborate closely with experienced partners and associates on complex transactions.

The firm are seeking a candidate with:

• Private equity transactional lawyer with experience in private company M&A and ideally secondaries transactions.
• A minimum of 3-6 years' PQE experience gained from a leading law firm (experience level can be adjusted based on needs).
• A background in private company and private equity M&A is a pre-requisite, whilst an in-depth knowledge of private equity fund structures is desired but not needed.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating fund documentation (e.g., limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• A passion for staying current on private funds trends and developments.
