An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Family Solicitor to join a growing, financially stable high-street practice with a genuinely supportive team and clear opportunities for progression.

The Private Family department is expanding, with sufficient ongoing work to justify a permanent hire. You'll be joining an established team where collaboration, autonomy and long-term development are genuinely valued.

You'll handle a broad range of private family matters, including:

• Divorce and financial matters
• Private children matters
• TOLATA
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Wider private family work

The firm is looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career locally. You'll manage your own caseload and work towards individual targets, while being part of a team that actively supports one another with workloads and cases.

• Is a qualified Solicitor with around 2-4 years' PQE, although more junior people with strong paralegal experience may be considered.
• Has experience across a broad range of private family matters.
• Is confident managing their own caseload and individual targets.
• Is hardworking, collaborative and keen to support colleagues.
• Lives within a reasonable commuting distance and wants to establish a long-term career locally.
