Job summary

A well-established specialist Family Law practice in Stafford is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor to join its experienced and close-knit team.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, including divorce and separation, financial remedy and private children disputes, with general advisory work. The role offers a flexible hybrid pattern (three days in the office, two days from home) and clear progression to Director level.

Qualifications

• Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Keen to handle high-net-worth matters.

Responsibilities

A well-established and highly regarded specialist Family Law practice in Stafford is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor to join its experienced and close-knit team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction through to conclusion, including:

• General family law advisory work

Joining a growing and supportive department, you will work alongside an experienced Director, Solicitor, additional fee earners and dedicated support staff. The firm operates a fully paperless environment using LEAP case management software, with modern systems and efficient processes in place.

The Candidate

To be considered, you will be a qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2years' PQE and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You will also be keen to broaden your expertise through involvement in more complex and high-net-worth family matters.
