• 5-7 Jahre PQE in Familienrecht mit Erfahrung in komplexen, finanziellen und kinderrechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
• Kommerzielle Awareness und Fähigkeit, Leads zu konvertieren.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor (5-7 PQE) or Partner to join a forward-thinking boutique law firm that is transforming the way family law is practised.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a family solicitor or partner who:

• Has 5-7 years PQE

• Can run a complex, high-value caseload of financial, children, and non-molestation matters.

• Is commercially aware, confident in billing and converting leads.

• Ideally has Legal 500 experience (desirable).

• Values autonomy and work-life balance, thriving in a remote-first culture.

• Has a positive, open-minded approach and is comfortable discussing innovative ways to deliver legal services.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £70,000.

• Flexible working – required in the office just one day per week (Wednesday).

• Part-time options available (three or four days per week).

• Fast-track to leadership – progression to Team Leader or Management.
