Job summary

Weybourne is seeking an experienced housekeeper to join a large private estate near Bath in a full-time role (40 hours per week). The successful candidate will be capable, reliable and discreet, handling cleaning duties across the Estate.

You will work with other housekeepers, uphold health and safety standards, and be prepared to cover for absences. DBS check and UK driving license required; 27 days leave, pension, and onsite parking provided.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is essential.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required.
• Professional and discreet communication, with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to adapt to new working practices and cooperate with team.

Responsibilities

• Clean a range of areas across the Estate to high standards.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and report incidents as needed.
• Maintain the Estate's values and standards across all duties.
• Develop good working relationships and cover for team absences.
• Undertake deep cleans of kitchens, floors and surfaces as required.
