Job summary

Weybourne Limited is seeking an experienced Gardener to join the Gardening team on a large private Estate in the Bath area. You will help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces to a high standard, working outdoors in all weathers with a dedicated team.

The role focuses on hands-on horticulture, pruning, planting, lawn care and plant propagation, with opportunities for training. A UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality garden maintenance and planting
• RHS Level 2 certification or NVQ desirable
• Confident in using garden machinery and tools safely

Responsibilities

• Carrying out grass care and lawn mowing
• Propagating and maintaining greenhouse and container plants
• Planting and maintaining seasonal flower displays
• Weeding, hedge maintenance and topiary
• Feeding and pruning plants, including roses and fruit trees
• Growing vegetables, herbs and soft fruit
• Spraying for pest, disease and weed control
• Supporting planting work and garden projects
• Upholding estate health and safety practices
