Job summary

Pro‑Recruitment Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced M&A Tax Director to lead advisory projects for private equity and credit fund clients across acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. You will advise on transaction structuring, due diligence and tax risk management throughout the deal lifecycle, support investors and portfolio companies, mentor junior staff and drive new business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading M&A tax advisory for PE or credit clients.
• Strong track record on deal structuring and due diligence.
• Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A tax advisory projects for PE and credit fund clients across acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
• Advise on transaction structuring, due diligence and tax risk management throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Support investors, management teams and portfolio companies on financing, refinancing and exit transactions.
• Build and manage relationships with fund principals and investment teams.
• Collaborate with legal, corporate finance and transaction services teams to deliver integrated deal advice.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities to grow PE and credit fund client relationships.
