Our client is a leading and prestigious US law firm with a global presence and a strong London office. To further strengthen its highly ranked Private Equity team in London, our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate with first-rate private equity and M&A experience.

The team represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in relation to complex leveraged buyouts, investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and more. The new hire will assume significant responsibility, collaborating closely with industry-leading Lawyers.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with 2-4 years of PQE
• Prior experience at a top-ranked Private Equity practice in London
• Solid academic background and a consistent career track record
• Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
