Job summary

Qualifications

• Fund administration and accounting experience, ideally with Private Equity.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP concepts relevant to funds.
• Strong people leadership and workload planning abilities.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a control-minded approach to risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of Private Equity funds and oversee fund accounting outputs.
• Prepare and review financial reporting under UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP; coordinate audits.
• Oversee NAV production reviews, reconciliations, and cash/transaction processing.
• Manage client governance requirements; attend board/committee meetings and track actions.
• Maintain high-quality client records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
• Proactively manage client relationships; contribute to business development and retention.
• Monitor AML/KYC/compliance; escalate issues with proper documentation.
• Develop team through coaching, 1:1s, appraisals, and workload planning.
• Support financial management of portfolios, including invoicing and debt oversight.
• Drive process improvements across accounting, reporting, and administration workflows.
