Zusammenfassung

DWS is seeking a Fund CFO Associate to join the Illiquid Asset Operations team in London. You will help oversee private equity fund administration, manage service provider oversight, and contribute to regulatory disclosures and financial reporting.

The role demands a detail-oriented, analytical professional with accounting qualifications and 1–2 years PQE in the AIF space, capable of collaborating across an international team and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA) with 1–2 years PQE.
• Experience in Alternative Investment Fund industry desirable.
• Experience with Private Equity funds is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Maintain relationships with Fund and SPV officers, banks and advisers.
• Support regulatory and compliance functions of the business.
• Review fund entity management accounts and quarterly NAVs.
• Review statutory accounts, VAT, tax returns and regulatory reports.
• Maintain operating standards, processes and procedures.
