Job summary

The Fund CFO Associate at DWS Group in London will join the Illiquid Asset Operations team, overseeing administration, finance and reporting for Private Equity funds. You will collaborate with deal teams, service providers, auditors and tax advisers to ensure accurate NAVs, financial statements and regulatory disclosures.

We seek a qualified accountant with 1-2 years PQE, experience in the Alternative Investment Fund industry, and strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years PQE in fund or financial services.
• Experience in the Alternative Investment Fund industry (Audit/Administrator/in-house).
• Knowledge of Private Equity and fund of fund products beneficial.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Fund and SPV officers, banks, administrators, legal and tax advisers.
• Support legal and regulatory compliance functions of the business.
• Review fund entity management accounts and quarterly NAVs.
• Review statutory accounts, VAT, tax returns and FCA/CSSF reports with auditors.
• Maintain operating standards, processes and procedures.
• Monitor and assess business/regulatory risks and oversee service providers.
• Review the AIF's NAV and ensure policies are applied.
