Job summary

DWS Group is seeking a Fund CFO Associate in the Illiquid Asset Operations team in the UK. You will support fund administration, oversight of SPVs, and governance processes for Private Equity funds.

You will engage with investment teams, auditors, and service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on NAV reviews, quarterly reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CPA) with 1–2 years PQE.
• Experience in the Alternative Investment Fund industry (Audit, Administrator or In-house).
• Experience in Private Equity and fund-of-fund products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Fund and SPV officers, banks, administrators, legal and tax advisers.
• Support legal and regulatory compliance functions of the business.
• Review fund entity management accounts and quarterly NAVs.
• Review statutory accounts, VAT, tax returns and FCA/CSSF reports; liaise with auditors.
• Maintain operating standards, processes and procedures.
• Monitor and assess risks; assist oversight of service providers.
• Review the NAV of AIFs; ensure policies are consistently applied.
