Job summary

DWS Group in London is seeking a Fund CFO Associate to support private equity fund operations and financial reporting. You will maintain relationships with fund officers, banks, administrators, and tax advisers, and help manage NAV reviews and regulatory disclosures.

This role offers exposure to international funds within a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, risk management, and external auditors while developing accounting, tax and regulatory

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CPA).
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in finance or fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with fund and SPV officers and service providers.
• Review fund entities, NAVs and statutory accounts.
• Oversee regulatory disclosures and tax compliance.
• Support accounting, audit and risk management processes.
• Work with deal teams on asset acquisitions and AML/KYC activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors.
