Working within a collaborative team, you'll support regulatory requirements, risk management and governance, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the growth of the Funds business.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (or working towards) such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB or STEP, with experience in fund, corporate or fiduciary administration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance and client administration within a financial services environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, commercial awareness and the confidence to support, mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a high-quality client base.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop specialist expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements and private equity structures within a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Partner with colleagues across the business to manage risk, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
