You will collaborate with senior consultants, map processes, document requirements, and support across multiple client engagements to drive clear, actionable outcomes.

• Ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse processes, data and operational challenges for private equity clients.
• Document current and future-state processes with high-quality deliverables.
• Lead or support client meetings and present findings and proposed solutions.
• Create and manage project plans with prioritized tasks.
• Own business requirements, specifications, prototypes and testing.
• Maintain project documentation including risks, issues, actions and notes.
• Delegate tasks to junior analysts and mentor peers.
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholder meetings, including Steering Committees.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and analyst forums.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and manage time effectively.
• Utilise MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) to produce client-ready materials.
