Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP seeks a BD Manager – Private Equity in our London office, hybrid role. You will support the private equity practice growth, manage client relationships, and drive opportunities across global offices.

You’ll work with partners and BD teams to plan seminars, webinars, speaking engagements, and sponsorships, fostering strategic market insights and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core marketing principles including client engagement and relationship building.
• Ability to plan seminars/events, visibility initiatives and speaking opportunities.
• Leadership and proactive approach to achieve BD goals.

Responsibilities

• Support growth strategy for the private equity practice in London.
• Collaborate with partners across regions to align initiatives and opportunities.
• Identify client opportunities, manage relationships and client engagement.
• Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships and thought leadership activities.
• Develop strategy for distribution of passes to conferences for practice groups.
