What role will you play?

As an Associate, you will undertake and review due diligence on potential investments, build and review financial models, and assess commercial contracts. You will support the negotiation of term sheets and documentation of facility agreements, benchmark expected returns, and contribute to investment papers. Additionally, you will monitor and manage existing investments, analyze reports, and liaise directly with management teams.

What you offer

• 3-5 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, real estate lending, financial advisory, structured lending, or similar fields
• Strong financial modelling skills, familiarity with Excel and financial statements, and eagerness to learn
• Sound judgment, pragmatic and creative problem-solving approach, and strong attention to detail
• Motivated, proactive, and able to execute critical work streams efficiently and independently
• Effective interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders, borrowers, and institutional investors
• A degree and proficiency in a European language are preferred but not essential
