Job Description:

Private Credit / Banking Associate

Termgrid is redefining private capital markets with its pioneering SaaS/Fintech platform tailored for the private debt ecosystem. Our vertical-focused remote collaboration technology empowers investment firms to significantly streamline debt financing activities and drive strategic insights through a centralized transaction data platform.

With a global user base of over 1,100 financial institutions and 20,000+ finance professionals, including leading Private Equity investors (e.g., KKR, Apax) and top institutions (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan), Termgrid is at the forefront of innovation in one of the most critical parts of the global economy.

We’re seeking a Private Credit and Banking Associate to support and grow relationships across Termgrid’s expanding client base. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to work directly with leading private equity, credit and capital markets firms, help clients adopt and maximize the value of the platform, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams while gaining hands-on exposure to SaaS, fintech, and private capital markets.

Why should you consider Termgrid?

The Mission: Long-term success at Termgrid means we’ll have fundamentally changed the way the $2 trillion private debt market operates. It's a chance to make a deep, lasting impact on a critical part of the global economy.

The Team: You'll work with a top-class team that includes alumni from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citibank, and Providence Equity — led by seasoned founders who understand the industry deeply.

The Opportunity: You’ll join Termgrid at a high-growth stage, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience across customer success, product, operations, and growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from financial services into an operating role at a fast-growing SaaS company, while still leveraging your capital markets knowledge. You’ll have direct exposure to leading private equity and capital markets clients, building a strong foundation in client management, product adoption, and startup operations.
