Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit underwriting across leveraged finance and private credit portfolios.
Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, including risk assessment and structuring.
Support the preparation of investment memoranda, financial models, and due diligence materials.
Monitor portfolio performance and assist with ongoing risk management activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Stay abreast of market trends within leveraged finance, private credit, and emerging markets to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in leveraged finance, private credit, or emerging markets investing.
Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial modeling and credit analysis.
Familiarity with complex debt instruments and capital structures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
