Job summary

Alexander Daniels Offshore Recruitment is seeking a Senior Associate for a leading financial services employer in Jersey. You will join the Private Clients team to manage a portfolio of complex trust, company and private client structures.

You will act as a key contact for clients and intermediaries, oversee governance, regulatory and compliance requirements, and coordinate annual reviews, accounts, billing and tax matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Trust & Company Administration or Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of Jersey trust and company structures
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Organised, proactive and client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex trust, company and private client structures
• Act as a key contact for clients and professional intermediaries
• Oversee governance, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Coordinate annual reviews, accounts, billing and tax matters
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Work closely with senior management on client delivery and risk management
