Job summary

Hydrogen Group is assisting a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey to recruit a Senior Trust & Private Wealth Associate. You will manage high-value, complex and international private wealth matters for HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and institutions.

The role focuses on complex trust structures, estate planning, wealth structuring, and multi-jurisdictional private wealth work, offering a platform with strong exposure and opportunity to relocate to Jersey.

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE in Trusts & Private Wealth or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value, complex and international private wealth matters for HNW/UHNW clients, trustees and institutions.
• Advise on complex trust structures, estate and succession planning, and wealth structuring.
• Engage in both contentious and non-contentious trusts across multiple jurisdictions.

We are working with a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Trusts & Private Wealth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on high-value, complex and international private wealth matters, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and institutions.

The team has an exceptional reputation in the offshore market and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated work, including:

• Complex trust structures
• Estate and succession planning
• Wealth structuring
• Contentious and non-contentious trusts
• Multi-jurisdictional private wealth matters

We are looking for:

• 4+PQE
• England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand qualified
• Strong Trusts & Private Wealth experience
• Experience from a leading onshore or offshore firm
• Excellent academics and strong technical ability
• Genuine interest in relocating to Jersey
