Alexander Daniels Offshore Recruitment seeks a Senior Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of offshore trust, company and wealth structures. The role focuses on day‑to‑day administration, strong client and intermediary relationships, and delivering high quality service while meeting regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate with investment managers and advisors, provide effective fiduciary solutions, and contribute to governance, risk management and business development

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in fiduciary services.
• Strong knowledge of offshore trust and company administration.
• Experience managing complex client structures and relationships.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical matters clearly and effectively.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of offshore trust and corporate structures.
• Maintaining and developing client and intermediary relationships.
• Reviewing financial statements, trust accounts, and related reports.
• Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, AML/CFT, and risk management frameworks.
• Assisting with governance, operational efficiency, and profitability objectives.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
