Job summary

PRO TAX is recruiting a Private Client Tax Senior to join its established Private Client team across Manchester and other offices. You will manage a portfolio of private clients, handle personal tax compliance, and support more complex advisory work.

You will work with partnerships, estates and inheritance tax matters, build client relationships and collaborate with Compliance and Advisory teams to deliver high-quality service and technical development within a Top 50 independent firm.

Qualifications

• Experience handling personal tax compliance for private clients.
• Exposure to partnerships, estates and inheritance tax.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, taking responsibility for the preparation and review of personal tax returns and ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
• Deal with a range of personal tax matters, including more complex tax situations involving partnerships, estates and inheritance tax.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing a high-quality service and responding to their queries and tax requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Private Client Compliance and Advisory teams, gaining exposure to specialist tax matters and supporting more complex advisory work where appropriate.
