Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is expanding its Scotland tax practice, offering flexible, largely work-from-home arrangements.

The team provides exposure to complex personal tax matters for a broad client base and supports professional development within a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will lead delivery on complex personal tax compliance and advisory work, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to advisory projects while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Ability to manage client relationships confidently and independently.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing junior team members.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities to add value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ATT, CTA, CA or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a high-performing team.

What you'll do

You’ll oversee a portfolio of personal tax clients, leading the delivery of complex compliance work while acting as a trusted adviser on a range of personal tax matters. You'll build long-term relationships with clients, identify opportunities to add value, and collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver joined-up advice.

Alongside client work, you'll contribute to advisory assignments, support process improvement initiatives, and play an active role in developing junior team members. You'll help drive standards across the team, promote a positive culture, and ensure clients continue to receive a proactive and commercially focused service.
