Job summary

The role includes supervising personal tax return processes, HMRC negotiations, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification (CA, ATT, CTA, STEP, etc.).
• Experience in this or a similar role is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of UK tax legislation.
• Right to work in the UK without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and management of the personal tax return process.
• Involvement in negotiations with HMRC on inquiries.
• Oral and written communication with HMRC ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Meet deadlines within allocated budgets.
• Billing and WIP management.
• Monitor tax compliance using tax software and maintain internal controls.
