TPF Recruitment Ltd, Maidstone, is recruiting a Private Client Tax Manager to lead a portfolio of 200-250 private clients in a respected independent practice. You will oversee personal tax compliance, provide advisory support, and build trusted client relationships with high net worth individuals and business owners.

The role offers scope to shape the path to partnership and to focus on technical work or client management in a senior capacity, with wellbeing support and progression opportunities.

Formación

• Strong private client tax experience within an accountancy practice or specialist tax firm.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing personal tax compliance work.
• Experience delivering or contributing to private client tax advisory assignments.
• The ability to explain technical matters clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 200-250 private clients and act as their main point of contact.
• Oversee personal tax compliance, reviewing returns and computations and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Advise clients on personal tax matters and work with senior colleagues on more complex planning assignments.
• Lead client meetings and identify where clients could benefit from further advice.
• Manage workloads and review colleagues’ work, providing practical feedback and technical guidance.
• Work with the directors to develop the firm’s private client tax services.
