As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will play a pivotalrole in the delivery of tax services to a diverse portfolio of private clients.You will work closely with partners and senior team members, managing a rangeof tax compliance and advisory matters, and acting as the main point of contactfor clients on all tax-related queries. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and trusts.
  
• Provide high-level tax advice on complex issues including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
  
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure the accurate preparation of tax returns and submissions.
  
• Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, including resolving any issues or inquiries.
  
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
  
• Assist with business development activities to attract new clients and opportunities.
