A leading company in tax resolution services is seeking an Administrative Tax Representative. This full-time role involves handling various tax matters for clients through resolution methods like Offers in Compromise and audits. The position offers opportunities for growth and ongoing education in the tax field, with competitive pay and flexible working arrangements.
This position will handle administrative tax representation cases for clients with varying tax matters or problems. We provide clients with a multitude of services in order to resolve their tax problems. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following types of tax resolution methods:
Our clients also require general education in regards to their tax matters, including instructions and requirements for compliance, review and advice regarding amended tax returns, etc.
Your current experience level with tax resolution will be taken into consideration when assigning clients to you. We will enable your growth in this field and help to expand your knowledge and expertise through training with tenured, senior staff. Starting salary will partially be determined by current level of experience with taxes and/or tax resolution, as well as license status.
We are flexible with your location and this position may be fully remote, hybrid, or fully on-site dependent on applicant's location.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field.
Current Enrolled Agent License in good standing with the IRS*
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment
No prior experience is required - just a willingness to learn and excellent customer service skills
*Enrolled Agent Candidates who have passed some or all parts of the EA exam and currently waiting on receipt of their license, or plan to complete licensure requirements soon WILL be considered!
