• Lead client relationships with private clients and advise on complex personal tax matters.
• Deliver high-quality advice across trusts, IHT, CGT, property and agricultural taxation.
• Lead advisory assignments and work directly with clients and Partners.
• Attend client meetings and strengthen relationships with clients and professional networks.
• Collaborate across the firm to identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Contribute to building a positive, ambitious, high-performing team culture.
