Job summary

Pro-Tax in Reading seeks an ambitious Private Client Tax Director to lead and grow the private client practice. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners, delivering bespoke tax advice.

You will develop your network, win new work and expand client relationships, while coaching junior staff and shaping the firm's private client offering. A strategic, market-facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Experience advising high-net-worth individuals on private client tax matters.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and win new business.

Responsibilities

Advising HNW and UHNW individuals on a broad range of private client tax matters.
Leading complex IHT, CGT, income tax, trust, succession and estate planning engagements.
Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and becoming a key adviser to them and their families.
Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and win new work.
Developing your own network and market profile to generate new opportunities and referrals.
Working closely with Partners to shape and grow the Private Client Tax offering.
Coaching, mentoring and developing the next generation of private client tax professionals.
Helping to build a strong, commercially focused team and culture.
Bringing new ideas to the practice and identifying opportunities in the market that others may be missing.
