Job summary

Pro-Tax in Reading is seeking a Private Client Tax Associate Director to lead high‑quality advisory work for HNW and UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners on personal tax matters.

You will advise across IHT, CGT, income tax, trusts, succession and estate planning, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the private client practice while developing more junior colleagues toward Director and possibly Partnership.

Qualifications

• Ideal opportunity for a strong Manager or Senior Manager who wants to move into an Associate Director role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality advisory work for HNW and UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners on personal tax matters.
• Advise across IHT, CGT, income tax, trusts, succession and estate planning.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and become a key part of the wider advisory team.
• Support and develop more junior members of the team and contribute to practice growth.
